Once the payment amount is established with the patient it is critical to determine how this will be paid. If the patient cannot pay in full with cash, credit card, or check you must establish a plan and recurring billing is the key component to this. Simply discuss how much per month would work for the patient and the system will do the rest. You can even charge an interest rate or service charge if you so choose. Once established, you can monitor your patient plans via the web and access reports which will show you your cash flow.
